I will list the ranking of these players from four sources:

CBS Draft Scout (they list top 1000 prospects)
ESPN Insider (they list top 750)
NFL.com (they list top 500)
Draftek (they list top 400)

Keep in mind, in the 7 rounds of draft plus compensatory picks less penalty removals, 253 were drafted. As a guide, if you think of UDFA being an extension of the draft, then the nine UDFA signings could be thought of as rounds 8 thru 16 picks.

254-285 = 8th round
286-317 = 9th round
318-349 = 10th round
350-381 = 11th round
382-413 = 12th round
414-445 = 13th round
446-477 = 14th round
478-509 = 15th round
510-541 = 16th round

Also keep in mind that the Eagles should do better than most as UDFA's go to the worse teams with the higher likelihood of finding a roster spot on a relatively weak roster. Eagles were the 12th worse team last year, so we should get more than our share. In a perfectly even NFL, we should get one UDFA in each of these "rounds".

From what I could find, from best rated to lowest rated, here's what we did:

Name...............Pos...........Sch................CBS...ESP...NFL..DTK....Comments......
.................
T. Orlosky...........C..........West Virginia.....94....154..236...118...Rated 135th (4th) in my compilation.Great Signing
C. Clement........RB.........Wisconsin........196..207..235...168...6th round worthy. Big back could solve RB concerns
B. Brown...........TE........Shepherd..........292..232..266...339...an upper tier UDFA grade. Celek getting old.
C. Johnston........P..........Ohio State........376..272..330...395...#1 rated P. Interesting we go the #1 punter prospect
M. Oliver............ILB........Indiana............465..227..408...277...an upper tier UDFA grade. We need LB depth
W. Craig.............DT.........Richmond........324...N/A..N/A....355..a mid tier UDFA grade. Not on NFL.com/ESPN radar
G. Ward.............WR........Houston..........633...----...352...338...a mid tier UDFA grade in 2 sources. Better than N.A.
J. Wiltz..............CB.........Iowa St............-------------------------...no idea. If you don't make CBS 1000, off the radar
T. Sullivan..........DB........Shepherd.........-------------------------...prob a pkg deal with TE Brown. 2 guys from Shepherd??

Overall, a decent haul. Better than most years. Surprised not another OLB, or S. Could the C signing be a hint at Kelce departure? I'm sure some of these guys got signing bonuses and some will make more than the PS minimums.

These guys will be battling for a few weeks in the sun to make a minimum $117K practice squad salary or a minimum NFL salary of $465K. Definitely worth the shot.
