How do they pay for all this? According to three sites they don't have enough money to pay the draft picks:
Over the Cap $1,632,833
NFLPA $2,552,188
Spotrac $2,351,381
Their rookie pool should be about $6,810,031 making the best case scenario as needing another $4,257,843, worst case $5,177,198.

Sure, but then they need to say hello to a RB in the draft.

This is misstated.

This is the gross cap needed to sign the picks.

If they sign all eight and they all make the team, they could cut 8 low paid players from the roster.

8 x 600K per = 4.8M of cuts savings to make room, even if we only cut the cheap labor.

If they cut s few higher priced guys, more money saved.

Remember the cap is the top 51. You substract the $ of the guys who get cut. Supposedly paying for draft picks is rarely a problem because the guys they are replacing are making more than the rookies.
