I would love to sign OL help so that Wentz didn't have to worry about the rush.

Kevin Zeitler is worth it, I think

I'd like to see them draft the L OG of the future in the 3rd or 4th round and let him develop for a year or two.

Getting a guy who could also be a backup OT would be even better. The Eagles have a history of having such a guy--currently A Barbre is one example. Todd Herremans is a better example.

Two years ago I wanted them to draft Oregon OT Fisher instead of Agholor, then start Fisher at Rt OG for a while before eventually moving him to R OT.

Andy T drafted OT Shaun Andrews to be the future R OT, played him at OG where he was a Pro Bowler for a couple of years. Sadly mental illness kept him from being all he should have been.

Generally I think they are set at the starting O Line positions and are in good shape. They have Seumalo as 1st interior OL backup and Big V as backup OT.

The big question on the OL right now is whether Kelce stays or is a cap casualty.

If he stays, then we're fine for 2017 but will need to address the OL in 2018 when we would hope that both Vaitai (RT) and Seumalo (C or G) will be worth starting.

If he goes then Seumalo could be his replacement based on comments by Pederson, which leaves us needing interior depth unless we can keep Wizniewski.

I agree. I bet they keep Kelce for another year, unless Howie is desperate for cap space, for example, if one of the elite FA WRs or CBs actually want to come here for some reason.

Kelce's strengths fit what the Eagles want to do with D Sproles. After next year the scheme out of the backfield may change due to a different feature back. It might make better sense to make the change then. Seumalo will have a year of experience as backup C, maybe even some PT at the position if Kelce gets nicked up.

How many teams release Pro Bowl caliber players?

We see Kelce getting blown up occasinoally by a huge 3-4 DT. However I bet opponents respect him for his role out in front of Sproles. They fear that play can turning into a home run.

I think Wiz played well enough to get either a starting job or first interior O Line backup spot somewhere else. I don't see him getting either here. I bet the Eagles prefer to keep Barbre since he can also play OT. I bet they want Seumalo to be #1 interior O Line backup for development.

I think Barbre + Wiz or Seamalo + Kelce's cap space is better than keeping Kelce. It leaves the loser of the Wiz/Seu the 1st OL off the bench plus millions to go shopping.

I think a guy like Kelvin Beachum could be a possibility. Not sure if he could/would play inside or on the right. That there's 4 guards of that top 10 should tell us that the Eagles may be in play for a new, younger LG.
