In 2015, we traded:

Foles.......For.........Bradford
4th......................5th
2nd

In 2016, we traded:

Bradford.......For......1st
..............................4th

Foles +4th+2nd = Bradford +5th
Bradford = 1st +4th

The combine them and we get

Foles + 4th + 2nd + Bradford = Bradford + 5th + 1st +4th

Eliminate common items from either side of the equation and we get:

Foles + 2nd = 1st + 5th

A backup QB and a 2nd round pick for a 1st round pick and a 5th.
