A video of the NFCCG vs. Atl.

I love what Chad Lewis says at the end, after he is on the sideline with victory in hand. True jubilation in a bad spot.

Also, this movie called E-A-G-L-E-S the movie about that magical year through the eyes of a few fans.

Not a happy ending, but look for the entire movie it is worth the watch.

Me and my son watch it every year. Just did so tonight. I still hate that Finger Eleven song till this day!

If that doesn't bring a tear to your eye, you're not a fan. Thanks for sharing - I forgot just how special that group was that year. The effort by Levens, the elusiveness of Westbrook, the blocking by that line, McNabb's toughness and arm, everything about Dawkins, Akers' accuracy, etc etc etc. It makes me realize how far away our current Eagles are and appreciate Lurie's attempt to recreate the past. Best moment was hearing JJ say it was one of the best days of his life...

That was such an awesome team. And to this day, seriously, fuck asshole McNabb haters.

I'm still amazed Crumpler held on to that ball. And JJ did what nobody else in the league could do, shut down Vick's overrated ass.

Tampa Bay shut him down nearly every time they played.

He was 2-3 against TB up to that point, and he had some shitty games against them, but I was specifically referring to his scrambling. He had good rushing numbers against TB and pretty much everyone else, but JJ's defense pretty much negated his legs.

The key was. they moved Kearse to RDE to negate his scrambling to his left and moved Burgess to the LDE.

Worked like a charm.

Oh I remember. It also helps when your safety puts the fear of god into opposing receivers.
