Yes, giant in industry, he was the Flyers.

I always admired his effort.

Sad day for many.

As the tributes pour in, the one word I keep hearing over and over in just about every one of them is the word passion.

He was the Flyer's founder, and the team's biggest fan, for 49 years.

RIP Mr. Snyder, and thank you.
The Franchise
He was a great man, and besides his contributions to Philly sports, he was a founder of the Ayn Rand Institute.

The article tells so many stories I've never heard.

Seemed like he helped a lot of people.

The thing that shocked me was that he wanted to be called Ed.
