I realize this may limit those I interview, but so what.

Here's what I want:

A. If Never a NFL head coach before:

1. Minimum two years of NFL Coordinator experience who has called the plays for a minimum of two years.

2. The unit they "coordinate" must have rated in the upper third of the NFL on average in the years they coordinated

3. Has demonstrated that he can lead a unit as a guy in charge of that unit.

4. Minimum four years of NFL coaching experience.

5. College head coaching experience a plus.

B. If was a head coach in the NFL before:

1. An above .500 record

2. Made NFL playoffs at least once every three years of coaching.

That's all I have.

Now I need to go through the candidates to see who fits the bill.

You're limiting your search to an offensive coach? Reid never called plays before coming here.
