Extremely Impressed by all three during their meeting with Phila reporters.

These seem to be the type of young men that you can really get behind as a fan.

Well spoken, humble, hungry, seemingly intelligent, ability to hold audience's attention.

On a scale of 1-10, they presented as 10's..

If you get the chance, go to the main site and watch them. It's worth the 25 minutes or so. It'll pump you up.

That's one part of Kelly's philosophy that we can all get behind - he wants intelligent players with good character.

The interesting part will be when he decides that an intelligent, talented player with "issues" is worth a risk. Could that be Collins?

If your high draft picks and big free agents are high character guys you can get away with a few players with questionable judgement and character.

The problem is when the guys with questionable character become successful, big-time free agents. I think this is why Chip did not want D Jax around any longer.

When DJax was a rookie, he could be dismissed somewhat as an immature kid with lots of talent. However, he had become an All Pro veteran with a huge contract. Chip was planning to draft a new "generation" of young WRs. He wanted a high character guy such as Maclin as a role model, not DJax.

Andy Reid did not bring in M. Vick until Reid's "culture" had been well established. Also Vick was being brought in as #3 QB.

I think it is too early for Chip to bring in a "Collins."

Mike, I see what you are talking about with Hicks. There is a fairly long interview here.

Obviously smart guy and well spoken. He may have been drafted a bit higher than some expected because Chip sees him as the guy who can handle the calls on D.

On paper he looks like he has very good quickness, although lacks strength and straight line speed.

If he stays healthy he doesn't look like the type of guy who will be a bust.
