Very concerning about people shying away because of "the building".

Seems like we have a rep as a disfunctunal organization.

i agree that its not good and somebody in the league making note that the FO does not have a unified front going forward means its likely a league wide consensus

that being said, some mid-tier personnel/scout guy would love to cash a check from Jeff, so yea we will get a body in there.

Lol....so nobody from the league wanted to work with this Dysfunctional FO.....so what do you do?

You promote a mid-tier personnel guy from your own bldg and call it a win!. Ed Marynowitz is now VP of player personnel.

It could simply be he was their first choice, but given the NFL rules about hiring they had to interview others first. He came from Alabama and was head of their scouting department, and given the talent on that team I think he has an eye for it. He gets along well with Chip (per report from Didinger), so let's see how this plays out before condemning it from the start.
