On their last offensive series, Smith needed a better throw. Bowe needed to recognize where he was on the field. The real crippling blow was the intentional grounding call. Alex needed to do a better job. That's inexcusable in that situation for a veteran QB.

Oh I'm with you there. But they never should've been in that position. The Walrus, true to form, kept the Colts in it.

The real point is that this isn't new, it's a decades old pattern. Marty Schotemheimer and Marv Levy were both great coaches but never won anything meaningful. So far we can add Andy Reid to that list.
