So many times in the last 15 years or so, we've accepted that our team is going to suck for whatever reason.

McNabb gets hurt and Jeff Garcia comes in. The mindset of 'well, we're not expecting much' turns into high hopes and a run deep into the playoffs, only to lose (NO I believe).

This year we have a new regime and I at least tried my best to not get my hopes up too high. Well, I failed. They're super high and I am now expecting superb football from this team each and every week. From here on out, they all matter.

Here's to hoping that the high hope letdown era is over. Win some games, maybe bring home a ring.

This game tonight should be a minimal-stress win. Here's to hoping.
