No trash talk about the Geno goings on??

I'd say DRock has a slight lead as of now.

It's a marathon, not a sprint. Rookie QB's are expected to have struggles. Take a look at Alex Smith's rookie numbers.

Admittedly, I haven't had a chance to see him in action to know what he has really looked like.

Struggles?

The guy can't beat out Mark phuqin Sanchez.

Let that roll around in yer dome for a second.....

Saw some of Smith in the Giants-Jets replay on NFLN. He looked like a rookie: some really good throws, and some that left you wondering what he was looking at. Way too early to know what the finished product will turn out to be.

Sounds like we're going to get to see him a lot this week, though:

And Foles will get the start for us:

That's a point for Mcnabb. Geno led the Jets to a late 4th quarter comeback for the win. The Bucs took the lead with 38s left in the game.....only to be thwarted by the rookie QB.

It's obvious the guy can play in the league. That NYJ offense has no talent. It's like the 2000 Eagles. Kid led them in rushing too. That's a good TB defense.
