With reaches like those, you should be drafting NBA Centers!!

Rank......Pos...........Name
17..........QB...........G. Smith(** Maybe)
25..........WR..........K. Allen
27..........ILB..........M. Te'o
28..........ILB..........A. Brown
29.......OLB34.........T. Carradine **
30.......OLB34.........D. Moore **
31..........SS............J. Cyprien **
33..........ILB...........K. Minter
34...........OT...........M. Watson
35...........QB...........M. Barkley **
36...........CB...........J. Taylor **
37...........RB...........E. Lacy
38.........DT34..........J. Hankins **
39.........DT34..........J.Williams **
41.........DT43..........K. Short
42...........WR...........R. Woods
43...........CB............J.Banks **
44...........WR...........J. Hunter
45........OLB34..........A.Okafor **
46...........TE............Z. Ertz
47...........OG...........L. Warford **

While there is good talent left, I'm disappointed in the lack of quality 34DE's in this early 2nd round range. To me, that is the position that we have a huge need for as we currently have nobody on our roster to man the 2nd DE spot with 34 experience. Margus Hunt is the 50th ranked prospect and he's a good 3-4DE prospect so maybe we reach for him. Some had him going in the 1st.

As far as a wish list go:

I love Cyprien. The dude hits and covers and we need that in our sissy D.

If we're taking the QB plunge, give me Geno over Barkley.

At CB, give me Taylor over Banks

At OLB, I'll pass on Okafor and Tank carradine is a good pick if we determine his knee is healed and he can play OLB. I'll pass on Moore.

While we have Sopoaga at NT, J. Williams is a good pick for depth and he may be able to do something at 34DE. He's a good pick. I'll pass on Hankins.

If we're taking an ILB, give me Brown over Te'o.

I'll skip Wr and TE until later and we don't need OT or RB;

So:
1. Taylor CB
2. Cyprien SS
3. M. Hunt 34DE
4. J. Williams 34DT
5. Smith (I'm OK if we determine we need QB, he's the best value pick on the board but we have so many other holes)
6,. Carradine OLB

Here's hoping the others keep reaching so there is some good ones left for round three!!

I've seen calls for Cyprien, Smith and a little about Taylor in other threads.

No love for M Hunt, Williams or Carradine??

Carradine intrigues me most.
