My guess is that Gus's choice pretty much boils down to the Eagles HC or the Seahawks DC. The dude has gotten some amazing press, endorsements that are more than merely complimentary but make him sound like the next coming of ... who's that big silver trophy named after? It's hard to imagine someone being as potentially good as all this hype makes him sound and there's really not a lot of record to support that greatness. But, in the spirit of "every hire has risk" this guy seems like someone Jeff should take a chance on.

Gus's dinner at the Jeff Mansion ended about 10 PM last night and there apparently was no white smoke announcing a new hire for the phaithful. Either our nerves are frayed, we are comfortably patient or frothingly pissed that we don't have our new hero/goat. Many are concerned that if the Bradley leaves town and fulfills his promise to interview in Jacksonville the Eagles would have fulfilled their destiny of futility by screwing yet another pooch (must be a whole lot of mutts running around town).

In the spirit of FWIW, I offer this for medicinal purposes only:

Then there's Roman's work with quarterbacks. He tutored Andrew Luck at Stanford, revived Alex Smith's career in San Francisco and turned Colin Kaepernick into the dynamic player who shredded the Green Bay Packers in the playoffs Saturday night. Some have wondered if Roman would bring Smith with him to Jacksonville to replace Blaine Gabbert.

Anything's possible with Roman's stock as high as it is. And his homeboy now is running the Jags.

The Bradley is designed to transport infantry or scouts with armor protection while providing covering fire to suppress enemy troops and armored vehicles. The M2 holds a crew of three: a commander, a gunner and a driver; as well as six fully equipped soldiers. The M3 mainly conducts scout missions and carries two scouts in addition to the regular crew of three with space for additional TOW missiles.
