yeah, for most people it is, however, for our developer, who is going to be actually installing the new theme, it has not propogated.

Will it appear in place of this site? Philfan mentions he's seen it but as of now, it hasn't propogated in NE Philly yet, not that there's anything wrong with that!
In Philly, they probably have a Business Propogation Tax for the privilege of propogating within city limits!
