There are ways around it for those that want to gamble. They have many card deposit systems that work like ATM cards. You deposit money onto these cards and use it like a CC, if you win the $$ gets deposited back onto your card, which you can use at any associated ATM's or Paypal, for example. Speaking of , I hadn't used my PayPal account in months and I tried using it not to long ago just to find that it had been suspended and was told that PayPal does not offer their services in Bermuda
