I noticed that the Chat link is gone from the top of the site. Will there be a chat room during games this year? That's become a part of my Sunday ritual. I know we're still a couple a weeks away yet, but the start of training camp got me thinking.

The chatroom will be restored before the first pre-season game.

Ok, this is done now, although it might be a little buggy. There's a link at the top of the page to the chatroom.

Because this site is already a couple hundred dollars over budget in the red, I had to use free chat software, but added a donate feature in case posters want to contribute to an upgrade.

It's that same software we used last year, isn't it? Worked fine for us then.

OK, just to give an update, there may have been a small change in plan. I'll keep everyone updated.

Either way, we will have chat software in place for the game tomorrow.
