The Eagles have the "Philly Special" play that they have never run before, and have it on no game tape ever. That's the pass to Foles trick play in case you didn't know.

Now, imagine that the Patriots taped the Super Bowl practice and because of that knew exactly what was going to happen, even though it has never been on film.

They go on to win the game by a narrow margin.

That's what they did before, in addition to the signal taping.

That is why everyone should hate those cheating bastards.

2-3 in Super Bowls since they were found out.

Brady runs in the locker room without shaking hands.

Weak!

The best part is they said they didn't practice it at all in preparation for the SB and had only ever practiced it like 6 times. Makes you wonder if they didn't practice it in the 2 weeks before the SB because of their past history of cheating like this. If so, IMO, it's a ridiculously-awesome coaching job for this as well.

When Cam Newton ran into the locker room after a big loss he was labeled a “malcontent thug” who “didn’t get it.”

When Brady does it, he’s “just a fierce competitor.”

White privilege much?

🤔

Fuck Tom Brady

AMEN.

And to OP ... ABSOLUTELY. This is one reason why this is the best Super Bowl ever.

The Eagles win.
Against the Cheatriots.

Turning every single bit of their CHEATING HABITS against them.

WITH FUCKING NICK FOLES!!!!

NICK FUCKING FOLES!!!

that sack/strip would have been a TUCK RULE CALL

IT WAS DONE BY BRANDON GRAHAM, WHO ALMOST GOT HIM ON THAT LAST HAIL MARY!!

Every time I think of it I just find new easter eggs of pettiness that makes me grin from ear to ear.

The second I saw Foles was wide open and about to score, I actually thought Pederson had just designed the play as a 'fuck you' to Brady, who had just whiffed on the same kind of play, his soft little hands not being able to reel in Amendola's pass.

Awesome.

Does anyone remember the Cheaters using that same reverse to Amendola pass to Brady play against the Chip Kelly Eagles in 2015? That was a great game that ended much like the SB. Only wish that the Malcolm Jenkins Pick-6 could have happened in the SB, too

I still feel like that's exactly why Pedey agreed. The ultimate fuck you... I'm going to beat you with the same trick play you tried to run on me

Interesting update tonight on this.

I heard this on PST today and the significance didn't hit me until now.

They practiced this play on Friday night in the hotel ballroom.

Why the hotel ballroom?

Worried about cameras Doug?

I imagine it was below zero outside, and their actual practices were over, and didn't feel like heading back to the U of Minn. field. Why not the ballroom? Privacy, and going over a play that doesn't involve a lot of physical activity.
