That sucks.

I guess better now than last year.

I forgot about the potential suspension.

Damn.

It's one game, albeit against the Falcons.

I'd be inclined to give Bradham's replacement more game time in week three of preseason to get ready for the opener, and give Bradham the first quarter in the final preseason game instead because he'll then have that week off.

That makes sense.

The injury to Worrilow makes us thinner there than we planned.

Nelson was said to be struggling.

I assume you are referring to the 2016 late round pick, the over sized college strong safety who is being converted to nickel LB. I read reports that they still like him. He's not a SAM LB.

Everybody talks about Worrilow like he was "The Answer". He was mediocre at best. The kids have to grow up sometime Mike.

Lawlor was looking at our LB options in his latest column.

One alternative that he overlooks is that we use Jenkins as a hybrid S/LB when faced with two TEs. Bringing back Graham makes even more sense given that we're already thin at S.

Additionally the Falcons are one of the top NFC teams which means that losing the game concedes a potential tie breaker to them. However they're in a far tougher division than us, so hopefully that won't be an issue.

One less slip by Julio and they could have been in the SB. What a game that was! This one will be huge too.
