It has to happen eventually, but let's hope it's a road game and not a home game.

Doubt I'd travel down for it.

Seriously? If you got an Eagles game in the UK you wouldn't attend it?

Yeah, he came all the way to Philadelphia for a game.

That's a 7 hr car ride, 8 hrs by public trans.

Not around the corner

I just realized you're from Edinburgh, what part? I'm traveling Europe right now and am in Edinburgh right now. Know if any good places to watch the game later?

If it was in Edinburgh or Glasgow, I would. But London presents practical problems at the wrong time of year for my workload.

Had a great time meeting great people and seeing a good win over the Panthers. Only one problem - those same people now take the piss over a misunderstanding with a tent pole!

At the minimum it's a day to get there, a day there and a day back. But what's the point to going all that way for just one day? There are other things in London I would like to see (Zoo, Natural History Museum etc) but I've never been able to find the time for them either.

I usually watch on Game Pass, so I'm not familiar with which pubs would show the NFL. Sky Sports is showing our game this evening which means I can't use the Game Pass option but as I have Sky Sports I'll watch at home using that.

However kick off is at 6pm which is just after the big English "soccer" game finishes so you should be fine asking for it to be put on.

Enjoy your trip!

Do they have hotels and other things to do in London? Make a weekend out of it, considering it's literally the first time ever you can watch your team live without crossing an ocean?

I agree. They serve malt whiskey in London.

I'm too tight to pay London prices for malts!
